Users are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. This window allows you to explore the platform and determine if it meets your research training needs.
Pro-rated Refund Formula
To ensure fairness, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis based on the consumption of AI credits.
Formula:
Refund = Amount Paid × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits)Example:
Plan: ₹999
Total Credits: 6,000
Used Credits: 1,500 (Unused: 4,500)
Refund = ₹999 × (4,500 ÷ 6,000) = ₹749.25
Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment and therefore no refund is applicable. We encourage all users to start with the free tier to experience the platform before upgrading.
